World Link Education makes all accommodation reservations and preparations for participants in the total program. A wide range of options is offered to suit different needs. Rooms are double share occupancy or single room. For the privacy and convenience of participants, single rooms are provided.
*Double rooms are available for 2 persons wanting to share one room together and applying to stay for the same duration.
*Triple share rooms are available for 3 persons wanting to hare one room together and applying to study for the same duration. *Twinrooms are available for couples where only one is studying in the program and the other is accompanying. Please contact WLE for triple and twinroom accommodation.
Placements are made on a first come basis. Early application and enrollment is highly recommended. Accommodation reservations are made as soon as the applications are received. The accommodation is finalized and confirmed only when the participant has fully enrolled and paid the program or course fees.
Accommodation starts from 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the program until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of the program. For example a 4-week program starting on Monday July 3 will have accommodation from Sunday, July 2 and leave the accommodation before 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 29.
For those living with host families, any special requests should be stated clearly in the Application Form. Requests such as diets, allergies, non-smoking household or no pets, are taken into account when placements are made.
Additional nights before or after the program, is subject to availability. A maximum of 3 additional nights is available. For 4 nights or longer, the weekly rates will apply.
Details of accommodation are provided when enrollment is completed. Comprehensive information includes:
- The accommodation address
- Its location in relation to the school.
- Description of the accommodation and
- Map of the city and location of the accommodation
In order to have access to your accommodation you will need to provide your arrival details such as day of arrival, time and place. Such information is required at least 10 days prior to your arrival. This will enable advance notice to be given to host families and arrangements for keys to the residence or apartment to be handed over upon arrival. Below is a description of the Accommodation options:
Live in a furnished apartment with other students. Double-share*, Triple-share* or individual rooms are available. Generally located in the centre of the city and nearby the school. The flats include fully equipped kitchen,bathroom and laundry facilities that are shared by the occupants.
A damage deposit of 100 euro is required to be paid by upon arrival. The deposit is payable by a signed credit card authorization. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.
For programs in Marbella and Barcelona, Shared Flats are subject to a high season charge in the summer period, from June 10th to September 9th.
Live with a Spanish family and learn about the culture and traditions whilst improving your Spanish in a welcoming home. Host families have been interviewed and selected by on site staff. Factors taken into account include the cleanliness and comfort of the home; nature of meals (breakfast and evening meals are varied and balanced); family presence and their ability to welcome international guests. Families are located in near to the school in general 10 to 20 minutes walking or by public transportation.
Choose Half-Board (breakfast & dinner) or Full-Board (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Bed linen, blankets, laundry and meals are provided. Double-share or individual rooms are available.
Special requests should be stated clearly in the Application Form. Requests such as allergies, special diets, preference for non-smoking household or no pets, will be taken into account when host family placements are made.
Residences are located in the city centre near the school and vary in size accommodating 8 to 60 students. Both international and Spanish students live in these residences. This accommodation option is similar to a shared student apartment, with the major difference being the provision of meals. Bed linen, blankets and meals are provided. All residences include shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Choose between Half-Board (breakfast & dinner) or Full Board (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
