Requirements
There are no special requirements. World Link Education Spain Programs are open to any person worldwide provided they are in good health and between 16 to 65 years old (unless specified otherwise eg. Summer camp program). For age exceptions, contact the Admissions Section.
Step 1 - Send the Application (and accompanying documents) by fax, mail or email to the nearest World Link Education Office

i) Application Form (please print neatly, using capital letters)
ii) Passport Copy (only the page with photo and personal details)*
iii) Application Fee USD $100 (copy of International Money Order, Bank Receipt or Bank Check** verifying payment - see 'Payment of Fees' below)
* Students waiting for their passport to be processed can first fax the Application with payment. A copy of the Passport can be faxed later.
**The Application is not complete until the original check is received.
Applications are to be made no later than 6 weeks before the first day of the Program. If the deadlines cannot be met, please contact WLE.

Step 2 - Send all ORIGINALS of the faxed documents and payment by MAIL
(we need the original documents to complete the application) Mail items (i) (ii) and (iii) (if paying by bank check or international money order) along with 2 passport/wallet sized photos to the nearest World Link Education Office.

Step 3 - Acceptance
Within 10 days of receiving your Application, we will send you:
(i) A confirmation that we have received your Application
(ii) An Acceptance Notice
(iii) An Enrollment Form
A placement in the program will be held for you until you enroll.
Step 4 - Enrollment
Please read World Link Education's program information and Terms and Conditions before enrollment. To enroll and confirm your placement in the program:
- Complete the Enrollment Form
- Pay Program Fees by the due date (no later than 4 weeks before the 1st day of the Program) - see 'Payment of Fees' below.
- FAX the Enrollment Form (1st page only) and a copy of Bank Receipt or Bank Check verifying payment to WLE.
Within 5 working days of receiving your Enrollment Form, we will send you:
i) A confirmation that we have received your Enrollment Form and Fees
ii) Welcome Information
Step 5 - Visa
Once you have enrolled, a Certificate that accredits and confirms your enrollment in our Spanish program will be provided at no extra cost. This confirms that you are enrolled to study in our study abroad program.
- Citizens of countries belonging to the European Union do not need Visas to enter Spain.
- Students coming from other countries should inform themselves as to the requirements for obtaining a VISADO (VISA) at their nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate.
Please note that any changes made to the Invitation Letter will be charged an additional fee. In the event that the student should urgently need the originals of the Certificate, World Link will send by courier or express mail and the appropriate cost of mailing will be the student's responsibility.
Step 6 - Travel
Accommodation starts on the Sunday before the Program starts. Try to organize your flight to arrive at least on this day. Travel costs are not included in the Program Fees.
Step 7 - Arrival details
Free Airport Pickup service is included from the airport to your accommodation:
EL PRAT airport in Barcelona to accommodation in Barcelona
BARAJAS airport in Madrid to accommodation in Madrid
BARAJAS airport in Madrid to accommodation in Salamanca
MÁLAGA airport to accommodation in Marbella
VALENCIA airport to accommodation in Valencia
Arrival details must be given at least 10 days before your arrival, otherwise we will not be responsible for the pick-up. Send a Fax or Email advising WLE of the following: Date of Arrival, Time, Flight no., Place of Departure.
Make sure that details of your Arrival have been confirmed as received by us.
Payment of Fees
(Application or Program Fees) For Application, pay the non-refundable Application Fee USD $100 (or Late Application Fee USD $160)
For Enrollment, pay the applicable Program Fees.
Payment may be made in either one of 2 ways:
1) By Bank Transfer
Your bank will provide you with a Receipt that must be attached to your Application Form (or Enrollment Form) and sent to us in accordance with Step 1. This is to verify payment. For payment details please contact WLE
2) By Bank or Cashier's Check or International Money Order
Make the money order or bank check payable to: 'WorldLink Education'
Send the check by courier or registered mail in accordance with Step 2. WLE is not responsible for any losses or misplacement in the mail. Private checks are not accepted.
